I’ve been off creatine for about a week. Took two days off with a bit of naproxen for the shoulders. That was after 60 lbs. dumbbells (actual weight closer to 65) for a set of 55 then a set of 50 in dumbbell benches. Shoulder joints seem to be recovering ability to do lying extensions, a huge plus since that was always a mainstay for triceps work. I’ve now gotten a 55 lbs. barbell up for 50 reps. and a 60 lbs. cambered bar for 35 reps without one instance of joint catching or hitching. It was formerly so bad, my ex could here it pop from across the basement.
Looking more like a bodybuilder than a lifter due to arthritis induced requirement to train light. 😦
